It’s Friday and the challenge is now only five days away from being completed. Today’s question is this: What was the most dramatic/meaningful reading you ever did? (Not necessarily the most accurate.)
Now, not wishing to break confidence in any way, shape or form, I recall a lady from the establishment I used to read at. She and I sat down and we began her reading. As we were going through, my clair-audience kicked in. Usually, I hear a rhyme of a song, like tuning in a radio for a very brief moment to a station I then bounce away from. However, this time, the radio tuning kept on going. I stopped, trying to listen to all the lyrics that were now going through my head. I explained what was going on to the client, who said: “I’ve been thinking about working in radio!” and then the tuning stopped. Just like that, a switch. It made my ears ring for about 20 minutes after, but to the client, what I experienced and relayed to her, made total sense. Very often, I don’t quite understand the context of the message I relay back from the Divine, Spirit, whatever you personally want to call it. However, the recipient usually does. That at the end of the day, is all that matters.
For this answer, I picked the Page of Stones, symbolised by the gorgeous, but equally shy, Lynx. I picked him out simply because he’s the card within this deck that I feel represents listening and communication. Lynx’s are also the only “big” cats that cannot roar and they’re quiet, observant and deadly little hunters.
Combining the Lynx with Bedievere, I feel the message for today is observe, listen, choose when to give an honest and fair response and listen to the feedback. Feel free to start with what stares back at you from the mirror, for you are often the worst critic you’ll ever meet.
