The CotD, the card of mental transition and journey, comes out to join us today.
What does this card suggest to you? The red sunset in the background indicates that this mental transition might happen at night, during sleep or that time and space when we’re falling asleep, the penny finally drops and realisation dawns.
This card also indicates a chance or opportunity to navigate between stress and calmness: there’s usually a middle ground to be found, but can you safely navigate the path before you? Can I?
It is also a reminder to perhaps double-check and re-read things before you hit the magical “send / submit” button the old texts, emails, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc.
I find that when this card or the Queen of Arrows too, that I need to mind what and how I am saying what I need to. The truth will find a way out but it can cut too deep or very much against the grain, if your diplomatic skills are being blown around like a dead leaf on the wind.
What do you need to be mindful of today? Do any of the questions above deliver to you a message? For me, I have a lot of personal messages here and already as I’ve typed this card up, I’ve had a few times this has come up already as my attention has been pulled here, there and everywhere.
Combine this card of transition with Blaise and I find a meditative state whilst contemplating which way to go, how to respond, how to say what you need to say, but not being rushed into doing so and giving yourself the time to think and make the best informed decision you can.
I am rather liking Blaise’s laid back, contemplative nature. It’s a refreshing change and the Camelot Oracle is working out to be a great combination with the Tarot.
