And on this lovely, glorious, baking hot Monday, I turn over the Six of Bows, whose key word is “abundance”. I think I’ve spoken about this card before, but if I have, it has been several weeks since I have. This card shows six un-strung bows lying pointing to a fire. There are baskets of fruit and other provisions near to where we look into this little secluded area. A fire burns brightly and the whole area has a warm, homely, fun feel to it. In the tree there seems to be a clump of moss that would work as a nest for a woodland bird.
If this were the scene to a party that starts in an hour or so, it would explain the amount of food, the fire and the bows that are present.
My life is as abundant as this card is. I have shelter, warmth, food, fire, family (in the shape of husband and children), the dog and a whole host of other beings and things that I do not wish to list here. Be grateful for what you DO have, some people have far, far less.
