On this Monday, the Page of Stones spies at us from high up a tree. Now, don’t expect him to jump at you at growl or roar, for that is one thing this kitty cat cannot do. However, if you wanted to sit and watch, observe and pay attention today, this is the card for you.
The Lynx is one of the big cats that cannot growl, or meow. Bigger and other cats can, but this fellow cannot. He’s the quiet, silent type. If you wanted an eye-witness, this is your man (or woman!)
Lynx’s will see you and turn away, leaving only the evidence of their paws around, if they chose to do so. They’re secretive, quiet, silent: in society, they’re the people watchers.
Watch which work-mates are the loudest and why. Who are the quiet ones, the ones you really need to watch out for? Who can you trust? Who do you need to avoid? Who has your confidence and your back? Who should you avoid?
Even for a Monday, the Lynx offers us more than we can perhaps deal with first thing on a Monday. So if you can do nothing else: watch. Observe and read that book! People watch, keep quiet. It’s amazing what you can find out when you’re quiet:
A wise old owl lived in an oak
The more he saw the less he spoke
The less he spoke the more he heard.
Why can’t we all be like that wise old bird?
