Wildwood COTD : Nine of Vessels

Today, to kick-start us into a new working week, is the Nine of Vessels, with the key word of Generosity. It’s more of an emotional generosity, than anything else. And a hard thing to do on a Monday!

Nine of Vessels ~ Generosity

Weekends are supposed to be fun and full of adventure, but I have to wonder what the weekend has held in store for a number of people, yourself included. With the weekend just gone as full of sport as it was, with the injuries sustained in certain quarters (I hope those injured in the F1 incident are able to recover quickly and are not too badly hurt!) it can certainly be fraught and feelings can be running high if things have not gone the way you wanted it to.

So, the trick today is to be generous today with your feelings and the feelings of those around you. Don’t bite if you’re provoked. To me, football (soccer for my American readers) falls into the same pit of “no discussion” as politics and religion. Others though, use that to goad and cause issues where really, none exist.

So do you rise to the bait and get caught on a hook? Or are you a bit more Zen, like this chap next to us? I’d love to be more “Zen” but sometimes, I get hooked into it. The question is, where do you draw the line? That is up to you, but be gentle to yourself and each other today, some of us are lucky we didn’t get hurt and can still draw breath.

  1. Hi Louise-I tend to bite when baited-mostly because it’s moon time right now-oh well. It was great meeting you at Christiana’s Global Tarot Circle last night-and Thanks again for doing my reading…I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about how to join FB without too many nosey and judgemental family members finding out about my beliefs and love of Tarot. To me, what I believe is personal, and I don’t want that tainted by negativity. It’s all good though. L&L~Lisa
