What Do You Need to Hatch?

It’s Easter or Ostara & this weekend is all about eggs & fertility.

It is also probably going to be a wet one as it’s a bank holiday, so time to plan what you need to hatch!

I’d like to explore what it is you want to plant now to enjoy in the future. Since I’m not near my beloved Wildwood this weekend, the ever portable Vanessa Tarot was used.

what do you need to hatch now?

The Cards

The top card is the 2 of Coins. It’s time to put things back in balance, don’t juggle too much, re-learn how much you can handheld and stop when you reach that amount. No is a complete sentence in its own right.

The left card is the 10 of Cups, remember what makes you happy, do more of it and do it with those who love to do it too. Make memories, be present in the lives of those you love, that’s all we leave behind besides a headstone. Hatch some wonderful plans & make memories

The right card is The Hierophant, asking that you apply knowledge, wisdom, kindness and emotional maturity to those you interact with, spend time with and don’t judge others (that’s a different card) as that’s not needed right now. Educate yourself and others, but wisely.

Conclusion

So, this Easter, the cards suggest that you hatch how to be careful with yourself and others, re-educate yourself on your boundaries and respect those of others. You’re not the only one resetting things down to a lesser scale. Remember to re-learn how to love yourself.

Wildwood COTD : Major #6, The Forest Lovers

Today we have one of the best Majors in the deck (and my birth card, according to Mary K Greer): The Forest Lovers. This of course is The Lovers in RWS Tarot decks, represented in this deck by Robin Hood and the Lady Marion.

Card of the Day
Major 6 ~ The Forest Lovers

This card is just brilliant for a lot of reasons. It is a card of promise, of intent, of pure and simple love, regardless of what may come in the future. It’s also about loving yourself: if someone else can see that good in you and you can see that good in them, then it’s time to believe in others and yourself.

The only person who is preventing you from doing what you want to, is you! During the weekend, I had the Lighthouse Family’s Ocean Drive go through my head, specifically the chorus, which is 1:18 in on the link. I asked my guides for help in understanding where I was to be taking my business this year. This was one of their answers.

Love is a universal gift, if your heart is generous enough. Seek love and you shall find love, balance and healing. These two are creating a positive spiritual force of creating emotional energy and a universal desire for harmony. And they’re starting with themselves. This could come in the form of being true lovers or that of  friendships. Whatever happens, allow the light of love to shine with you, from you and it will no doubt illuminate the darkest corners of your world. If you allow it, it could support you through whatever you set out to do.

I am back in Tarot action today and if you need a reading, delivered by whatever means you wish, I am here.

Wildwood COTD : Ten of Bows

Today we have quite a seriously minded minor come out to join us. This it the Ten of Bows, with the keyword of Responsibility. It’s rather a heavy-looking card for a Wednesday, but I am sure its meaning will become clear during the day.

Card of the Day
Ten of Bows ~ Responsibility

As is clear from the image, the man carrying the ten bows up that steep hill has not much further to go. His goal is in sight, the fires are burning a welcome. We don’t know what these bows are going to be used for. They could be quarter staffs, he could be the guy from the Seven of Bows (Clearance) and is finally taking his harvest home. They could be used to make a defence perimeter, a fence or a gate.

What are your duties and responsibilities today? What are you nearly close to completing?

Today, my “To Do” list is as long as one of these bows, maybe even two. To those that know me, I often complain bitterly about the amount of ironing I do. But the truth is, it’s a chore. Like taking these bows to the top of the hill, we have a job to do for some reason. Ironing is one I don’t mind doing, though I do tend to make a rod for my own back and save it all up for a marathon of an ironing session! (laughing!)

Anyway, that is not all on my to-do list for today! What is on yours? Can you do it? Or have you put too many bows on your back to actually do any of them? Ten is a nice, round number. I like that number, and I like the number 7 a lot too. But that’s another post, another story.

Do what you can, but don’t be phased if you cannot do more than 10 things in a day. That includes getting up and feeding yourself. When I first became a mum, that was a task I often forgot to do. I’m in a routine now, so no-one gets left out, not even the pets.

If life is phasing you out, I’m available for readings this evening and again from the 10th onwards. I’m going to be enjoying the Easter break with my family. Enjoy your celebrations and remember, the responsibilities are nearly over!
